HOTBOYS Kelong is situated in Sibu,
Malaysia. The nearest jetty to our Kelong is Tanjung
Leman Jetty, which is just off Kota Tinggi and before
Mersing. We are about 2.5 hours drive from the Woodlands
Checkpoint in Singapore.
Driving Up On Your Own
We
encourage our customers to drive up on
their own. This will enable you to save
on transport costs. Safety-wise, we have
our own carpark, complete with Wilson
Parking (at RM6 per day) and we also have
security guards on 24-hour patrol. To
date, many of our customers drive up to
our Kelong and there has not been any
problems with parking or safety.
If
you decide to drive-up, please arrange
to leave Singapore by 6.30am latest. This
will enable you to reach the jetty, barring
any unforeseen traffic jams, by 930am.
The route is fairly simple

From
Johor Bahru Customs, follow the signs
towards Kota Tinggi, via Route 3 (about
1 hour away);
From Kota Tinggi, head towards Mersing.
Look out for the sign to turn right
towards Tanjung Leman & Sibu Island
Resorts (about 40 mins away); and
Once you turn right, you will come
to an area known as Tenggaroh. Just
follow the signs to reach Tanjung
Lehman.
Our
personnel will be at the jetty upon your
arrival to welcome you.
Catered
Transport
We
also provide catered transport to our
Kelong via a third party Malaysian transport
vendor. The pricing for transport is as

availability and only available on
weekends)
Minibus – up to 10 pax @ S$320
per bus.
Minibus – up to 12 pax @ S$370
per bus.
Minibus - up to 14 Pax @ S$430 per bus.
Coach – up to 42 pax @ S$1100
per coach.
The
abovementioned prices are for 2-way travel.
The transport can pick you up from any
location in Singapore and return you thereafter.
We can arrange for a stop-over breakfast
for you as well, at no additional cost.
If you have a group of less than 10 people
and still want to use our catered transport,
please place your booking as early as
possible and we will try our best to find
other groups who are willing to combine
transport with you. That way, we can help
you to save on transport costs. Please
note that vehicle sharing is on a first
come first serve basis and we do not guarantee
that we will always be able to find people
to share your transport with you.
Once
you book your transport, it is not refundable.
We will contact you on the eve of your
departure to inform you of the transport
vehicle details. We are able to do so
only on the eve of your departure because
our Malaysian vendor only allocates the
vehicle and drivers the evening before
departure.
Upon
arrival, our personnel will be present
to welcome you. Please proceed to the
ticket booth and buy your jetty entrance
tickets. Each ticket costs RM4 per head.
Our
boat will leave the jetty for our Kelong
at around 10am. The boat ride will take
about 25 minutes.
You
will arrive at our Kelong in time for
lunch, and will depart on your departure
date after lunch, which will approximately
be around 2pm. This should give you
enough time to return to Singapore by
evening.
We
will also arrange for island hopping
for you during your Wstay in the late
afternoon, around 4pm. The timing will
depend on the weather and tide conditions.
